Overview:

  • We are seeking a talented Service Manger to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and On-board new clients through proactive outreach efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized service and support to address their investment needs and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and recommend suitable mutual fund products and solutions.
  • Educate customers on the product benefits
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with clients to evaluate their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
  • Implement timely portfolio adjustments and rebalancing strategies to optimize portfolio performance and manage risk.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting the mutual fund industry

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post graduate
  • Relevant certifications such a NISM/AMFI are a plus
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
