Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and On-board new clients through proactive outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized service and support to address their investment needs and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and recommend suitable mutual fund products and solutions.
- Educate customers on the product benefits
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with clients to evaluate their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
- Implement timely portfolio adjustments and rebalancing strategies to optimize portfolio performance and manage risk.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting the mutual fund industry
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post graduate
- Relevant certifications such a NISM/AMFI are a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
